HOW LONG ARE COUNSELLING SESSIONS

Each session will last up to one hour

WHERE AND WHEN WILL MY SESSION BE?

We will talk about the frequency of your sessions during our initial session to explore your reasons for a choice of weekly, fortnightly or even monthly.  My office is in a quiet area of Huddersfield town centre, easy to access by public transport and parking is available in nearby public carparks.  My room is on the first floor without a lift, therefore unfortunately may not accessible for people with mobility issues.  I also offer remote sessions either by video or telephone or a mix of all of these methods.
